Sr.Sales Engineer

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in the building services sector, focusing on HVAC and plumbing applications.
  • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads for products such as pumps, heat exchangers, and ventilation systems.
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations to demonstrate product features and benefits to clients and consultants.
  • Collaborate with engineering and project teams to provide tailored solutions that meet customer requirements.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients while ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct site visits and technical assessments to recommend appropriate products and solutions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in HVAC and plumbing.
  • Support after-sales activities, including troubleshooting, technical support, and customer training.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to inform business strategy.
  • Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and seminars to promote company products and expand professional networks.

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or a related field.3 to 5 years of experience in sales engineering, preferably within the HVAC or building services sector.Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing client relationships.Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, plumbing systems, and related products.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.Excellent in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
