Warehouse Manager

  • Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.
  • Monitor and enforce safety, security, and cleanliness standards within the warehouse environment.
  • Develop and execute strategies to improve workflow, reduce costs, and enhance productivity.
  • Prepare and analyze reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and warehouse performance metrics.
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records.
  • Implement and maintain proper storage procedures (FIFO / FEFO).
  • Coordinate with purchasing and restaurant operations to meet supply needs.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Optimize warehouse layout and workflow for maximum efficiency.
  • Prepare regular reports on inventory and warehouse performance.

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain, or a related field (preferred).Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Warehouse Manager in the F&B ( International restaurants) is must.Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and procedures.Experience handling food products and compliance with hygiene standards.Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.Very good command of English (spoken and written) is required.
