Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Administrative Assistant, located in Capital business park, El Sheikh Zaid. Responsibilities include providing administrative and executive support, managing clerical tasks, maintaining phone etiquette, handling communication, and ensuring the seamless flow of daily operations. The Administrative Assistant will assist in managing schedules, organizing documents, and serving as a key point of contact within the office.

 

 


Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Clerical SkillsStrong skills in Phone Etiquette and CommunicationExperience in Executive Administrative AssistanceHighly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasksProactive problem-solving skills and attention to detailFamiliarity with office software and administrative toolsPrior experience in legal or tax services is an advantageBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field preferredApplicants must have skills in marketing, creating and executing image designs, video editing, and working with PhotoshopApplications are open to females only
