Sales Team Leader

Job Purpose: 

Lead OYA’s sales operations and market expansion strategy, driving revenue growth through onboarding new buyers, maintaining strong relationships, and ensuring achievement of sales targets.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement OYA’s B2B sales strategy.
  • Lead and manage the Sales Team, setting targets and monitoring performance.
  • Identify new market opportunities and strategic partnerships.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and Fulfillment Teams.
  • Oversee negotiations with key buyers and distributors.
  • Analyze sales data and produce periodic reports.
  • Develop incentive plans and training programs for the sales team.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or International Trade.Experience: 5–7 years of experience in sales management (preferably in e-commerce or export).Skills: Proven record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Strong leadership, negotiation, and analytical skills. Excellent English communication and presentation abilities.
