Recruitment Specialist

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates’ qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Utilize various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events, to attract top talent.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system.
  • Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and company hiring policies and procedures.
  • Participate in employer branding initiatives to promote Pulse Medical Co. as an employer of choice.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics and progress to HR leadership.
  • Knowledge of preparing payroll sheet and personnel tasks  

 


Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.2-4 years of proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced environment.Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and HR software.Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.Strong organizational and time management skills.High level of professionalism and confidentiality.Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
