- Design, develop, and oversee the installation of HVAC systems for pharmaceutical production facilities, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular inspections, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of HVAC systems to guarantee optimal performance and minimal downtime.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality assurance, and facility management, to ensure environmental control and product quality.
- Prepare detailed technical specifications, drawings, and documentation for HVAC projects and modifications.
- Evaluate and select appropriate HVAC equipment and materials based on project requirements and cost-effectiveness.
- Lead and supervise contractors and technicians during installation, commissioning, and maintenance activities.
- Implement energy-efficient solutions and sustainability initiatives to optimize HVAC system performance and reduce operational costs.
- Ensure all HVAC systems adhere to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards, as well as local and international safety regulations.
- Analyze system performance data and recommend improvements or upgrades to enhance reliability and efficiency.
- Provide technical support and training to facility staff on HVAC system operation and maintenance.
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.7 to 9 years of proven experience in pharma utilities maintenanceExtensive knowledge of HVAC codes, standards, and best practices.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams.Proficiency in HVAC design software and AutoCAD.Experience with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 compliance is highly desirable.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Willingness to work onsite and oversee field operations as required.
