- Administer and maintain accurate employee records, including personal data, contracts, and attendance.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in a personnel or HR-related role, preferably in a healthcare or hospital environment. Familiarity with labor laws and HR best practices. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HR information systems. Ability to handle confidential information with integrity. Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
