Core ResponsibilitiesSales strategy and planning:Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals.Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.Contribute to pricing and promotional strategies.Team management:Recruit, coach, and manage the performance of the sales team.Set sales targets for representatives and monitor their progress.Conduct regular meetings to discuss performance and strategy.Customer relations:Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.Partner with customers to understand their needs and provide exceptional service.Resolve customer complaints and issues.Market and product knowledge:Conduct market research to identify emerging markets and shifts.Stay informed about new products and competitor activities.Educate customers on product benefits and proper use.Reporting and forecasting:Prepare and present sales, revenue, and expense reports to management.Create realistic sales forecasts for different periods.Analyze sales data to make future decisions. Additional ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with marketing on campaigns and promotional materials.Attend industry meetings, trade shows, and training seminars.Provide input on product development based on customer feedback.
