- Translate technical engineering documents, specifications, and manuals between Chinese and English with high accuracy.
- Act as a liaison between Chinese-speaking stakeholders and engineering teams to ensure clear and effective communication.
- Support project teams in interpreting technical discussions, meetings, and presentations in both languages.
- Assist in the preparation and review of bilingual project proposals, reports, and documentation.
- Facilitate cross-cultural understanding and collaboration within multinational project teams.
- Provide on-site translation support during installations, inspections, and technical evaluations.
- Ensure all translated materials comply with industry standards and company guidelines.
- Collaborate with engineers to clarify technical terminology and concepts for accurate translation.
- Maintain and update a glossary of technical terms and best practices for translation consistency.
- Support training sessions and workshops by providing real-time translation and technical explanations.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.Minimum of 1 year and up to 5 years of relevant experience in engineering or technical translation.Fluency in both Chinese (Mandarin) and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proven experience translating technical documents and facilitating bilingual communication.Strong understanding of engineering concepts, terminology, and processes.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in translation.Strong organizational and time management skills.Proficiency with office productivity and translation software.Willingness to work on-site as required by project needs.10th of Ramadan residence or nearby.
