·Supervise and coordinate: Lead and direct technicians, coordinate with other departments or shift leaders, and oversee the daily activities of the quality duties.
Troubleshoot and maintain: Handle equipment breakdowns, perform routine checks, conduct maintenance, and resolve technical issues in areas like electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
Monitor and ensure compliance: Monitor equipment performance, power production, and operational parameters, while ensuring all activities comply with safety and environmental regulations.
Manage quality records: Maintain detailed logs, analyze performance data, and prepare reports on shift activities and events.
Leading the problem solving templet or NCR.
Safety: Ensure that all safety permits are obtained before work is performed and that company and site health and safety procedures are followed.
Leadership: Mentor and train staff and lead continuous improvement efforts for equipment performance and operational efficiency.
· Bachelor's degree in chemistry sciences, or a related field.· 1 –2 year of experience in QC , or a related role.· Exposure to manufacturing.· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.· Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
