Role Description


This is a full-time role for a Technical Lead. The Technical will lead the engineering team, hands on coding where needed, overseeing architecture, manage engineering projects, oversee software and product development, and collaborate with other departments. Responsibilities include guiding the team through complex technical challenges, ensuring project milestones are met, and maintaining high standards in product quality and performance.




Qualifications




Skills in Engineering Management and Team Leadership
Experience in Software Development and Product Development
Proficiency in Project Management
Strong leadership and communication abilities
Proven track record of managing and mentoring engineering teams
Ability to foster a collaborative and innovative work environment
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
Experience in the healthcare technology industry is a plus
Computer Vision experience is a plus
