Prepare and maintain employee files, ensuring all documents are complete and compliant.
Assist in issuing, renewing, and archiving employment contracts.
Handle government relations including Social Insurance and Labor Office submissions (Forms 1, 2, and 6).
Follow up on attendance, absences, vacations, and penalties from client sites.
Support in processing new hires, resignations, and terminations.
Assist in medical insurance registration and updates.
Prepare and share regular personnel reports with HR management.
Coordinate with payroll and operations teams to ensure accuracy of employee data.
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Law, or related field.1–3 years of experience in personnel or HR administration.Good knowledge of Egyptian Labor Law and Social Insurance regulations.Strong organizational and communication skills.Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel).
