Key Responsibilities:
- Monitoring project daily progress vs. plan and schedule.
 - Maintaining cost control on site activities.
 - Doing quality control checks for site works on daily basis.
 - Doing quantity survey activities.
 -  Reviewing and adjusting shop drawings.
 - Preparing client & subcontractor demands / VOs.
 -  Managing document control activities on site.
 
 
 
  Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Architecture or relevant disciplinesMinimum 4-6 years experience in architecture design and technical officeExcellent knowledge of quantity surveyPrevious experience dealing with clients directly Good knowledge of computer knowledge( Microsoft office – auto cad)
