- Assist in the preparation of project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Coordinate daily project activities and ensure tasks are completed on time.
- Follow up with internal teams (engineering, production, procurement, maintenance, etc.) for project deliverables.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation including reports, meeting minutes, and updates.
- Monitor project progress and highlight any risks or delays to management.
- Support communication between departments and external stakeholders (suppliers, contractors, clients).
- Track material requests, deliveries, and approvals related to ongoing projects.
- Support the Project Manager in organizing and conducting review meetings.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.Minimum 2 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in industrial, manufacturing, or construction sectors.Good understanding of project management principles.Excellent communication and follow-up skills.Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Project).Very good command of English (spoken and written).
