We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Account Manager to join our team in Alexandria. The ideal candidate will serve as the main point of contact between the company and its clients, ensuring smooth project execution, strong communication, and long-term client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
Understand client needs and translate them into clear project briefs for internal teams.
Coordinate with design, marketing, and development teams to deliver projects on time and within scope.
Monitor project progress, track deliverables, and ensure high-quality outcomes.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and reports for clients.
Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services.
Handle client issues or escalations with professionalism and problem-solving skills.
Contribute to improving client processes and overall service quality.
Job RequirementsBachelor’s degreeMinimum 2–3 years of experience in Account Management, Client Relations, or Project Coordination roles.Strong communication and presentation skills in both Arabic and English.Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities.Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.High attention to detail and a client-first mindset.Strong understanding of sales processes, proposal writing, and client follow-up.Proficiency with tools like Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM or project management software (e.g., Trello, Asana, or ClickUp).Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams (designers, developers, content creators, etc.).Positive attitude, accountability, and ability to work independently and under pressure.Availability to start immediately (ASAP).
