  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Oversee the recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes to attract and retain top talent.
  • Manage employee relations, addressing grievances and fostering a positive workplace culture.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies across all HR functions.
  • Lead performance management processes, including appraisals, feedback, and development plans.
  • Design and deliver training programs to support employee growth and organizational development.
  • Administer compensation, benefits, and payroll in collaboration with finance and external partners.
  • Analyze HR metrics and provide actionable insights to senior management.
  • Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives throughout the organization.
  • Support organizational change management and communication efforts.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources management.Giza residents preferHigh experience in retail and cosmeticsDemonstrated experience in talent acquisitionProven track record in developing and executing HR strategies.Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work effectively in an onsite environment.Leadership experience at a mid-level or higher career stage.Preparing and updating the annual wage budget.Dealing with a large number of individuals.Good experience in Microsoft Office and ERP programs
