Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

  • Lead the full-cycle recruitment process for various functions, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding.
  • Develop and execute effective talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier candidates for technical, commercial, and support roles.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and define job requirements and success profiles.
  • Utilize multiple sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals, to build a strong talent pipeline.
  • Conduct competency-based interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit and potential.
  • Manage and maintain the applicant tracking system (ATS), ensuring accurate and timely documentation of candidate progress.
  • Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, acting as a brand ambassador for Nile Projects & Trading.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and market trends to continuously improve hiring processes and outcomes.
  • Support employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice in the automotive sector.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and best practices in all recruitment activities.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.3-6 years of proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably within a fast-paced or large-scale organization.Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment best practices.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple vacancies and prioritize tasks effectively.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.Solid knowledge of labor laws and regulations relevant to recruitment.Ability to analyze data and recruitment metrics to inform decision-making.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Proactive, results-driven mindset with a passion for building high-performing teams.
