- Supervise inspection and testing activities across all production stages to ensure full compliance with quality standards.
- Review daily inspection results, analyze deviations using statistical tools, and identify root causes of non-conformities.
- Lead the implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) and ensure their effectiveness.
- Verify readiness and calibration validity of measuring and testing instruments prior to use.
- Coordinate effectively with Production, Maintenance, and Laboratory teams to ensure process stability.
- Develop and update inspection procedures and work instructions in line with process or product changes.
- Prepare and present periodic quality reports (Trend Analysis, Pareto, NCRs, SPC) with technical recommendations for improvement.
- Train and guide quality inspectors and technicians on inspection procedures and analytical techniques.
- Manage segregation and disposition of non-conforming products (rework, return, or scrap) and ensure accurate documentation.
- Participate in internal and external audits and ensure production lines’ compliance with quality requirements.
- Contribute to supplier quality evaluation when required.
  Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Production, or Electrical Engineering (or related field).3–5 years of experience in Quality Control within a manufacturing environment.Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 systems.Skilled in Root Cause Analysis and proficient with Quality Tools (e.g., 5 Whys, Fishbone, Pareto, SPC).Proficient in Microsoft Office and quality reporting.Good command of English (spoken and written).Excellent communication, decision-making, and team leadership skills.High attention to detail and analytical thinking.
