- Welcome visitors, manage reception area, and maintain a professional image.
- Answer/route calls, handle WhatsApp & email inquiries, take messages.
- Manage meeting room schedule, refreshments, and visitor passes.
- Receive/distribute mail & couriers; coordinate bike/car messengers.
- Support HR/Admin with candidate scheduling and document collection.
- Keep front desk logs: visitor register, supplies, maintenance tickets.
- Basic data entry, scanning, and filing (paper & electronic).
- Coordinate with office boys/cleaning for daily readiness.
  1–3 years experience in Reception/Customer Service/Admin Presentable, friendly, and professional communication (Arabic & good English).Strong phone etiquette and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace basics.Organized, punctual, and calm under pressure.Preferable: experience in engineering/architecture/construction offices.
