- Conduct routine inspections of machinery, equipment, and facilities to detect malfunctions and initiate corrective actions.
- Perform preventive and predictive maintenance activities to minimize downtime and enhance operational continuity.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and automation systems based on diagnostic analysis.
- Develop and implement maintenance procedures, schedules, and documentation to optimize reliability.
- Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate with Procurement for local or imported components.
-  Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Collaborate closely with Production, Quality, and Engineering teams to improve efficiency and equipment performance.
- Provide technical guidance and training to maintenance technicians.
- Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns and support on-call requirements as needed.
 
 
  Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.3 to 5 years of relevant experience within industrial or manufacturing environments, with exposure to leadership or maintenance strategy development.
