Sales Executive (B2B)

  • Leads Generation: Researching target industries and prospecting companies to identify potential clients and new sales opportunities.
  • Sales Presentations: Developing and delivering product demonstrations, sales pitches, and presentations to highlight how the product or service meets the client's specific needs.
  • Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers within client businesses to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Negotiating sales contracts, terms, and conditions to close deals.
  • Sales Target Achievement: Meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets and goals set by the company.
  • Market Analysis: Analyzing market trends and competitor activity to inform and adjust sales strategies.
  • Collaboration: Working with internal teams, such as marketing and product development, to ensure seamless client service and provide feedback for service improvement.
  • Reporting: Preparing and maintaining accurate sales records, forecasts, and reports for management review.

Skills

  • Relative university degree, engineering degree is preferable.
  • 3 : 5 years of relative experiences in B2B, oil & gas industry is preferable.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to understand business needs, growth strategies, and the financial impact of products for clients.
  • Proficiency in using sales technology and tools, and familiarity with relevant marketing strategies.
  • Skills in maintaining accurate sales records and preparing reports.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and competitive environment and to adapt sales strategies based on market trends.
