Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Marketing and Communication Manager with at least 7 years of experience to lead our marketing initiatives and strengthen our brand presence. The ideal candidate will develop and execute marketing strategies that drive growth, enhance visibility, and ensure consistent communication across all channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective marketing and communication plans aligned with company objectives.
  • Lead brand positioning and ensure consistent messaging across all platforms.
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns (online, offline, and events) to generate leads and strengthen brand awareness.
  • Manage the company’s social media presence and digital advertising activities.
  • Coordinate with design and content teams to produce high-quality marketing materials.
  • Oversee PR activities, media relations, and press releases.
  • Analyze marketing data, campaign performance, and market trends to optimize strategies.
  • Supervise the planning and execution of events, exhibitions, and promotional campaigns.
  • Manage internal communication to support employee engagement and company culture.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the marketing team to achieve performance goals.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Mass Communication, or Business Administration.
  • Minimum 7 years of proven experience in marketing and communication management.
  • Strong background in digital marketing, content creation, and brand management.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Creative thinker with strong analytical and leadership skills.
