Job Description:

Green Lab for Land Reclamation is seeking a qualified and motivated R&D Specialist to join our growing team.

The selected candidate will contribute to the company’s research, business development, and strategic planning activities, supporting expansion in agricultural and land reclamation projects.

Main Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research, feasibility studies, and economic analyses for new and ongoing projects.
• Support in developing business strategies and identifying investment opportunities.
• Analyze financial and operational data to assess performance and improve efficiency.
• Prepare analytical reports and presentations for management decision-making.
• Collaborate with different departments to ensure successful project implementation.
• Identify potential local and international partners for future initiatives.

Skills

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Graduate from a German, American, or Canadian university (or equivalent international institution).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in R&D, business development, or economic analysis.
• Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written).
• Strong analytical, research, and reporting abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Detail-oriented, innovative, and capable of managing multiple tasks effectively.
