- Schedule or conduct new employee orientations.
- Preparing and Review monthly attendance and leaves report including overtime, working days, deductions, sick leaves and official vacations.
- Managing HRIS and keep all data up to date
- Inform employees about additional benefits they’re eligible for (e.g extra vacation days)
- Assist with developing and implementing training programs and other initiatives to enhance employee skills and engagement.
- Update employee records with new hire information and/or changes in employment status
- Process employees’ queries and respond in a timely manner
- Stay up-to-date and comply with changes in labor legislation
- Other duties as assigned
