1. Conduct inspections at all stages (incoming, in-process, outgoing) to ensure compliance with quality standards and issue defect rate reports.
2. Receive, verify, and inspect raw and secondary materials against BOM, SIP, and customer/ODM requirements, ensuring proper labeling and packaging.
3. Understanding of SMT Materials, especially mounter components, different types, and MSL levels, controlling, splicing, and verification of different parts and vendors.
4. Record and maintain inspection results, prepare reports, and share findings with relevant teams and stakeholders.
5. Provide timely feedback on abnormalities in materials, production processes, or finished goods, and coordinate corrective and preventive actions.
6. Investigate non-conformities, perform root cause analysis, and ensure corrective measures are implemented to prevent recurrence.
7. Conduct supplier and internal audits, evaluate compliance with quality standards, and contribute to vendor approval and performance improvement.
8. Ensure inspection specifications, tools, and equipment are properly controlled, calibrated, and reliable.
9. Supervise and support technicians to perform inspections in line with SOPs, 5S methodology, safety, and training requirements.
10. Update and recommend improvements to quality guidelines, inspection standards, and reporting procedures.
11. Manage assigned tasks and reporting requirements assigned by the direct manager (e.g., inspection records, acceptance forms, quality reports) within deadlines and required quality standards.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, a general business diploma is a plus.1-3 years of experience in the same field or electronics manufacturing field, 1 year in the same positionProficient in Microsoft Office or related software, using ERP, and MES is a plus Very Good English is a must
