Job Summary:
The Direct Marketing Manager will design and execute targeted marketing campaigns to drive sales and brand loyalty. This role requires a strategic thinker adept at leveraging data-driven insights to engage B2B and B2C audiences through channels like email, social media, SMS, and direct mail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and manage multichannel campaigns to boost product visibility and sales.
- Use CRM data to tailor messaging for diverse segments (e.g., retailers, health-conscious consumers).
- Align with Sales, Product, and Supply Chain teams to ensure cohesive strategies.
- Optimize spending across channels, ensuring cost-effectiveness and ROI.
- Develop loyalty programs and subscription models to enhance retention.
- Ensure all materials comply with food safety/advertising regulations and brand guidelines.
- Track metrics (conversion rates, CAC) and report outcomes to stakeholders.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to innovate strategies.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. 5+ years in direct marketing, preferably in food/FMCG sectors. Proficiency in CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot) and marketing tools (Mailchimp, Google Analytics). Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills. Creative mindset with a focus on customer engagement. Knowledge of food industry regulations and compliance.
