Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in automotive spare parts.Strong knowledge of automotive spare parts and related market trends.Proven experience in managing and supervising a sales team.Excellent command of Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.Proficiency in using ERP systems for sales and inventory tracking.Strong analytical and reporting skills.Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities.Ability to set and achieve sales targets effectively.High attention to detail and accuracy in handling data.Ability to work under pressure and deliver results on time.
