-Assist the Factory Manager in planning, organizing, and supervising factory operations.
-Monitor production schedules and ensure deadlines are met.
-Maintain accurate records of production data, staff attendance, and inventory.
-Coordinate with procurement, quality control, and logistics teams.
-Support implementation of safety and quality standards.
-Handle administrative tasks such as reporting, correspondence, and meeting coordination.
-Identify and suggest process improvements to enhance productivity.
Requirements:-Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Industrial Management, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.-1–3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment (preferred).-Strong organizational and multitasking skills.-Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).-Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.-Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
