- Respond to End user inquiries in a timely and courteous.
- Provide technical assistance and support for issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, software applications and network connectivity.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
- Set up, configure and deploy new hardware and software for users.
1-3 years of proven experience in an IT support or specialist role.Strong knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows/Linux), and networking fundamentals.Experience with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in a fast-paced environment.Familiarity with IT security best practices and tools.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to support end-users effectively.Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Willingness to work onsite and provide hands-on support as needed.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and data security.CCNAN+MCSA
