- Leadership & Supervision: Direct and develop engineering teams across two plants, setting priorities, managing performance, and ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Factory Engineering: Oversee maintenance, projects, and production line efficiency, ensuring adherence to KPIs for safety, quality, productivity, and cost.
- Budgeting & Planning: Prepare and manage annual factory and CapEx budgets, monitor financial performance, and optimize resources to achieve business targets.
- Maintenance & Quality: Ensure effective preventive maintenance strategies and technical solutions that enhance equipment reliability and product quality.
- Continuous Improvement: Lead SME pillar implementation, promote innovation, and drive process improvement initiatives to reduce waste and enhance productivity.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure all operations meet safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
- People Management: Build engineering capabilities through training, succession planning, and performance management, fostering collaboration and best-practice sharing between plants.
- Policies & Systems: Develop and update engineering procedures, SOPs, and control systems to maintain operational excellence and accountability.
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (Master’s is a plus).12–15 years of experience in engineering or maintenance management within FMCG or manufacturing, including leadership of multi-plant operations.Strong expertise in maintenance systems, project management, and key manufacturing KPIs (OEE, MTTR, MTTF).Proven track record in driving continuous improvement and cost optimization (SME, Kaizen, 5S).Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.Proficient in MS Office and CMMS applications.Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage
