- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
- Implement and monitor organizational development (OD) programs to enhance employee engagement and performance.
- Conduct job analyses and workforce planning to ensure optimal talent allocation.
- Develop and deliver training sessions and workshops to support employee growth and organizational change.
- Analyze recruitment and OD metrics to assess effectiveness and recommend improvements.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of labor market trends and best practices in recruitment and OD.
- Support the creation and communication of HR policies and procedures.
- Foster a positive employer brand and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.3-5 years of proven experience in recruitment and organizational development.Strong understanding of recruitment processes and OD methodologies.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, office-based environment.Proficiency in using HRIS and applicant tracking systems.Demonstrated ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.Strong organizational and project management skills.High level of confidentiality and professionalism.Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
