  • Assist in the full recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and extending job offers.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate candidate qualifications and suitability for open positions.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers for technical and HR interviews.
  • Conduct in-depth in-person HR interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Identify and headhunt top potential candidates for various roles across all departments and levels (junior, senior, and middle management) — including both blue- and white-collar positions.
  • Verify candidate references and employment history.
  • Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring smooth communication and sending job offers or rejection emails.
  • Handle onboarding and orientation processes for new hires to ensure a positive start and seamless integration.
  • Follow up on the probation period evaluation process for new employees.

 


• BSc in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or relevant field• Minimum of 1 - 3 years of experience in same field • Hands-on experience with the largest, professional websites like LinkedIn, Glassdoor, etc. • Knowledge of sourcing and effective techniques to select blue and white collars• Good experience in conducting interviews and assessing candidates’ qualifications• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems• Strong interpersonal skills & Presentation skills. • Very good written and verbal communications skills.• Excellent English language and computer skill.
