- Develop and implement category-specific trade marketing plans specially ( E commerce )
- Identify growth opportunities within categories by analyzing shopper behavior, retail trends, and competitive activity
- Design and manage trade campaigns, in-store activations, and promotional calendars
- Work closely with Sales, Category Managers, and Brand Marketing to ensure channel strategies align with brand objectives
- Track campaign performance and ROI; provide recommendations for improvement
- Expand into a new market by onboarding new suppliers
4–8 years of experience in Trade Marketing, Category Management, or Sales in the FMCG / consumer goods industryProven track record of developing and implementing successful category/trade strategiesExperience working on E-commerceExperience managing cross-functional projects and external partners (e.g., agencies, retailers)
