Finance & Office Operations Manager

  • Oversee and manage all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting to ensure fiscal health and compliance.
  • Supervise daily office operations to maintain an organized, efficient, and productive work environment.
  • Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to safeguard company assets.
  • Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies to ensure adherence to legal and financial standards.
  • Lead and mentor administrative staff, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, payroll processing, and expense tracking.
  • Prepare and present regular financial statements and operational reports to senior management.
  • Oversee procurement and inventory management to support production and office needs.
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and cost reduction across finance and office operations.
  • Support strategic planning initiatives by providing data-driven insights and recommendations.
  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee records.
  • Handle attendance, leaves, and performance tracking.
  • Coordinate staff payroll, bonuses, and benefits in compliance with company policy.
  • Foster a positive, disciplined, and collaborative work culture.
  • Support management in policy development, staff engagement, and performance evaluations.


 


 


Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance, office management, or a related field.Proven track record in managing both financial and administrative functions within a dynamic organization.Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, and reporting standards.Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage cross-functional projects.Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.Advanced proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure.Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
