HR Specialist

  1. Responsible for recruitment processes including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding qualified candidates (white and blue collars), handling interviewing and evaluation processes.
  2. Handle employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
  3. Maintain and update employee records (contracts, personal files, vacations, etc.).
  4. Maintain up-to-date HRIS.
  5. Support payroll preparation by providing accurate payroll influence data.
  6. Implement training and development plans
  7. Handling governmental and private medical insurance issues
  8. Dealing with social insurance and labor office
  9. Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related queries.

Bachelor's DegreeHR DiplomaStrong experience in recruiting and head huntingAutomotive Industrial sector experience is a plus.Good knowledge of labor laws and social insurance lawProficiency in ExcelExcellent computer skills in a Microsoft office & Windows environmentFluent in English Language
