Business Development Engineer

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the HVAC and VRF systems market
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and key stakeholders
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations to demonstrate the value and advantages of Haier Central Air Conditioning Systems.
  • Collaborate with the sales and engineering teams to design tailored solutions that meet client requirements
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform business development strategies.
  • Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with clients to secure profitable deals
  • Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and networking activities to promote CORE X and its offerings.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market trends.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering2 to 5 years of experience in business development, technical sales, or engineering roles within the HVAC industryExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients and stakeholders.Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently in an office environment.
