- Handle the process of obtaining, renewing, and maintaining all necessary business licenses and permits for SVC.
- Monitor regulatory changes and ensure ongoing compliance with local and national licensing requirements.
- Liaise with governmental entities, regulatory personnel , and all related parties to facilitate timely license approvals.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all licenses, permits, and related documentation.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure all operational activities are properly licensed and compliant.
- Prepare and submit required documentation and applications for new licenses or renewals.
- Identify potential licensing risks and proactively recommend solutions to mitigate compliance issues.
- Respond promptly to inquiries or audits from regulatory authorities regarding licensing matters.
- Assist in the Civil Defense process.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Public Administration, or any related field.3 to 5 years of experience in licensing, regulatory compliance.Expereince or knowledge of the Civil Defence processes.Strong understanding of local and national licensing regulations and requirements.Effective communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with authorities and any realted parties.Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and proactive approach to compliance challenges.Strong ethical standards and commitment to confidentiality.
