- Design, organize, and coordinate customized travel itineraries for international clients, ensuring unique and memorable experiences.
- Liaise with local suppliers, hotels, transport providers, and guides to secure the best arrangements and rates.
- Provide expert advice and recommendations to clients regarding destinations, attractions, and cultural experiences across Egypt.
- Manage all aspects of the booking process, including reservations, confirmations, and documentation.
- Handle client inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and deliver exceptional customer service throughout the travel lifecycle.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with travel regulations, health and safety standards, and company policies.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop and promote new travel packages and special offers.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and client preferences using travel management systems.
- Continuously research and update knowledge of emerging travel trends, destinations, and industry best practices.
- Support the training and development of junior staff and contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in the travel and tourism industry, preferably as a tour operator or travel consultant. Coordinated and managed private, tailored tour itineraries — ensuring personalized experiences aligned with client preferences, budget, and timelines.Proven track record of designing and managing complex travel itineraries for diverse client profiles.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with keen attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English; additional languages are an asset.Demonstrated ability to work effectively in an office-based environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.In-depth knowledge of Egypt’s tourism landscape, destinations, and cultural highlights.Proficiency in travel management software and booking platforms.Ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve client issues with professionalism and empathy.Strong negotiation skills when dealing with suppliers and service providers.Flexibility to adapt to changing client needs and industry trends.
