Key Responsibilities

  • • Administrative & Secretarial Support
  • • Provide day-to-day administrative support to assigned lawyers and team members.
  • • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
  • • Draft, format, and proofread correspondence, reports, and simple legal documents.
  • • Billing & Follow-Ups
  • • Assist in preparing and reviewing monthly billing statements.
  • • Follow up on client invoices and payments in coordination with the finance department.
  • • Maintain billing records and track payment status accurately.
  • • Filing & Archiving
  • • Maintain and organize physical and electronic client files.
  • • Ensure all documents are properly labeled, indexed, and archived according to firm policy.
  • • Support document retrieval requests promptly and efficiently.
  • • Communication & Coordination
  • • Serve as a point of contact between team members, clients, and other departments.
  • • Handle incoming calls, emails, and routine client correspondence professionally.
  • • General Office Support
  • • Prepare expense claims, travel requests, and administrative reports.
  • • Assist with internal coordination and office logistics as needed.

 

 


2-4 years of proven experience in a secretarial or administrative support role.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Proficiency in office software, including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.Experience managing calendars, scheduling, and travel arrangements.Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing priorities.Ability to work onsite in an office environment.
