Organizational Development Specialist

  • Develop and update organizational structure and job descriptions.
  • Implement and maintain Performance Management Systems (KPI-based).
  • Lead initiatives in employee engagement, succession planning, and career paths.
  • Support competency frameworks, training needs analysis, and capacity building.
  • Assist with change management during organizational transformation.

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration or a related field.3-5 years of proven experience in organizational development, talent management, or a related HR function.Strong understanding of organizational behavior, change management, and employee engagement strategies.Demonstrated ability to design and implement development programs and initiatives.Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.Experience working in an industrial or manufacturing environment is a plus.Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HRIS systems.Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
