  • Administer day-to-day HR operations, including employee records management, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation related to legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Get a work contract ready for the new employees and follow up with all of their documents and personnel files.
  • Release government health insurance medical cards for both newly hired and current employees.
  • Follow the warning letter that was sent to the staff for their absence.
  • Submit Forms 1, 2, and 6 for Social Insurance. 
  • Add or remove employee data to update the attendance software.
  • Support recruitment activities by posting job ads, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.
  • Coordinate employee training and development programs to enhance workforce skills and performance.
  • Oversee attendance, leave management, and payroll data collection to ensure accurate and timely processing.
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement initiatives and wellness programs.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.2-4 years of proven experience in an HR Generalist or similar HR role.Strong understanding of Egyptian labor laws and HR best practices.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.Proficient in MS Office and HR information systems.Strong organizational and time management abilities.Demonstrated problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Attention to detail and a proactive approach to tasks.
