we are seeking a proactive ERP Finance Support Specialist with strong knowledge in finance and accounting processes and experience in application support.
The role will be responsible for supporting end users, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of finance modules on ERP.

•Provide daily support for users of ERP Finance modules (AP, AR, GL, FA, etc.)
• Troubleshoot and resolve functional/system issues related to ERP.
-translating business needs into system requirements.
• Create and maintain documentation (user guides, FAQs, process flows).
• Conduct user training sessions to improve system usage.
• Work with vendors and IT team to escalate and resolve technical issues.
• Support in data validation, reconciliations, and financial reporting from ERP.

 

Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance.
-3–7 years of experience in accounting/finance roles, preferably with ERP systems.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
• Experience in application/ERP support is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with both finance users and IT teams.
