Sales Development Executive to join our dynamic team remotely. This role is a key driver in building new markets, strengthening client relationships, and ensuring sustainable business growth across the GCC region, with a special focus on Saudi Arabia.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage client databases through research and professional browsing
- Organize and maintain customer data using CRM systems such as Bitrix24, Odoo, or Salesforce
- Reach out to clients via cold calls and cold emails to generate leads and opportunities
- Handle client inquiries, requirements, and complaints with a priority-driven approac
- Develop and manage long-term relationships with both B2B and B2C clients
- Manage the full client lifecycle from initial contact to deal closure, ensuring accurate documentati
- Prepare detailed daily, weekly, and monthly reports on progress, pipeline, conversion rates, and active clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to craft tailored solutions and add value to client engagements
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years’ proven experience in local, regional, and international markets
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
- Mandatory experience in GCC markets, especially Saudi Arabia
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems and client relationship management
- Exceptional negotiation and communication skills with creativity in reaching and converting prospects
- · Advanced skills in crafting outreach content (Email, LinkedIn, Facebook, Apollo, Lusha, etc
- Proficiency in both Arabic and English
- Preferred: Experience in engineering services, digital marketing, or business development
