Job Purpose
The Loyalty Account Revenue Manager is responsible for
o Maximizing revenue from loyalty accounts through strategic pricing, analyzing partners / accounts performance, overseeing reward strategies, and identifying opportunities for growth across the loyalty ecosystem This role focuses on analyzing behaviors, identifying revenue opportunities, and developing data-driven strategies to drive company revenue growth.
o Develop and capture new market opportunities aiming to new revenue streams rather than counting to ensure sustained growth and competitive advantage, it is essential to shift focus from an over-reliance on existing revenue streams and instead prioritize the identification and cultivation of emerging market opportunities. These opportunities may include underserved geographic regions, demographic shifts, evolving customer behaviors, or advancements in technology that enable new products or service models.

• Revenue growth\:
a. Develop and execute strategies to maximize revenue from the existing streams
b. Generate new revenue streams
c. Design and implement comprehensive revenue strategies for accounts, including pricing, redemption models, and dynamic pricing techniques.
• Forecasting & Performance Analysis
a. Develop revenue forecasts, track performance against KPIs, and conduct variance analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
b. Lead scenario modeling and sensitivity analyses to support executive decision-making.
• Pricing & Yield Management
a. Implement intelligent pricing strategies based on customer segmentation, demand elasticity, and market dynamics.
b. Manage inventory and redemption thresholds to maintain profitability across the accounts.
• Data-Driven Decision Making
a. Leverage advanced analytics and BI tools to generate actionable insights and inform pricing, packaging, and promotional strategies.
b. Work closely with data science, finance, and commercial teams to ensure alignment on key metrics and assumptions.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration
a. Drive initiatives to enhance the revenue contribution of loyalty accounts while maintaining customer engagement and satisfaction.
