If you are not contacted by us within that time, please consider your application unsuccessful on this occasion.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead and manage all aspects of production operations.</li> <li>Monitor and maintain operational oversight of staff and the business output.</li> <li>Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement cost-control measures.</li> <li>Develop and manage the production budget in alignment with financial objectives.</li> <li>Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing production leadership team.</li> <li>Monitor production performance and analyse data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Ideal Candidate Profile</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in mechanical, industrial management, or a related field. A master's degree or equivalent is a plus.</li> <li>Minimum of 15 years of experience in steel transmission towers manufacturing operations.</li> <li>Experience in overseeing multiple departments.</li> <li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.</li> <li>Applicants should be available for face-to-face interviews in the location mentioned above.</li> </ul>
