If you are not contacted by us within that time, please consider your application unsuccessful on this occasion.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Develop and execute QHSE strategies aligned with the company's objectives.</li> <li>Develop, implement, and maintain management systems ensuring compliance with local and international standards, while promoting safety, quality, and sustainability.</li> <li>Manage internal and external product and process audits.</li> <li>Oversee incident investigation and reporting and ensure timely implementation of corrective measures.</li> <li>Implement and maintain quality assurance and control processes across the entire production lifecycle from raw materials to final products.</li> <li>Lead and mentor a team of QHSE professionals and support staff.</li> <li>Prepare reports and KPIs for senior management.</li> <li>Perform any other duties related to the job assigned by the direct manager.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Ideal Candidate Profile</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related technical field. A master's degree or equivalent is a plus.</li> <li>Minimum of 10 years of experience in QHSE leadership roles within the manufacturing industry.</li> <li>Strong background in supply chain management, manufacturing processes, quality systems, and engineering projects.</li> <li>Strong knowledge of Egyptian regulatory requirements.</li> <li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.</li> <li>Applicants should be available for face-to-face interviews in the location mentioned above.</li> </ul>
