Key Responsibilities
1. Office Administration
- Manage utility payments (water, electricity, internet, property management, security fees).
- Oversee office maintenance (air conditioning, plumbing, locks, desks, chairs, etc.).
- Handle daily procurement of office supplies and equipment.
- Coordinate and manage employee transportation (buses, admin vehicles).
- Support office relocation (site selection & rent management).
- Arrange driver schedules for airport pick-ups.
2. Dormitory Administration
- Manage dormitory utility payments (water, electricity, internet, property fees).
- Ensure proper maintenance of dormitory facilities (air conditioning, plumbing, doors, windows, etc.).
- Handle dormitory relocation (site selection & rent payments).
Qualifications & Requirements-Males OnlyBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (preferred).6 months – 1 year of relevant administrative or office management experience.Very good command of English (written & spoken).Strong organizational and time-management skills.Ability to handle multiple tasks with attention to detail.Good communication and coordination abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
