- Develop, and optimize mechanical systems and components for packaging film manufacturing processes.
- Oversee installation, commissioning, and maintenance of mechanical equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.
- Conduct root cause analysis and troubleshoot mechanical failures, recommending and implementing effective solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, quality, and electrical engineering to achieve operational targets.
- Prepare and review technical drawings, specifications, and documentation for new and existing machinery.
- Monitor and analyze equipment performance data, implementing preventive and predictive maintenance strategies.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and industry regulations in all mechanical engineering activities.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve product quality.
- Train and mentor junior engineers and technical staff on best practices and new technologies.
- Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for procurement, installation, and servicing of mechanical equipment.
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.3 to 5 years of relevant experience in mechanical engineering, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment.Proven experience with installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of mechanical systems and equipment.Familiarity with preventive and predictive maintenance methodologies.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, open-office environment.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Demonstrated commitment to safety and quality standards.Willingness to stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.
