5+ years of experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM modules.Expertise in Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, and related modules.Knowledge of Oracle HCM configuration, workflows, and security.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Oracle certification is a plus.
