  • Greeting and welcoming visitors in a warm and friendly manner.
  • Managing the reception area, ensuring a clean and organized appearance at all times.
  • Maintaining a professional demeanor while addressing inquiries and providing information to visitors and callers.
  • Assisting with administrative tasks such as sorting and distributing mail, managing correspondence, and coordinating courier services.
  • Providing administrative support to the HR department as required.
